<br> to establish an electronic transaction system
An organization that has received a license must establish an electronic transaction system so that its transactions can be conducted electronically.
(2) Electronic transaction system should be safe, suitable and reliable.
(3) The board may conduct or conduct an audit of the electronic transaction system as required.
(4) If any kind of improvement is required in the electronic transaction system, the board may issue necessary instructions.
(5) It shall be the duty of the concerned licensee to comply with the instructions received in accordance with sub-section (4).
